AUTOMATION
We develop advanced software and hardware solutions for automation and data collection using modern technologies, such as robotic cells, collaborative robots (cobots) and PLC software for automation, motion control, plant management and safety systems. Our solutions are designed to guide and empower operators, streamlining workflows by automating redundant tasks and eliminating time waste.
INDUSTRY 4.0
We provide seamless interconnection between production areas (machinery and equipment) and offices (MES and ERP systems), bridging the gap between physical and digital systems. This ensures a continuous flow of production data, empowering clients with detailed, strategic insights for better corporate governance. To manage this data, we create accurate dashboards and user-friendly custom management systems, all of which are cornerstones of Industry 4.0.
MEASUREMENT AND TESTING SYSTEMS
We design and manufacture bespoke measurement and testing systems tailored to our client’s needs, utilizing a combination of industry-standard sensors and devices. We can integrate any type of industrial sensor into our automation, from optical light curtains and ultrasonic sensors to pressure leak testing and advanced machine vision systems, to both enhance product quality and characterize production processes.
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
