How long does it take to develop a custom tending system?

It depends on complexity. Typically, it takes 8 to 16 weeks from the initial analysis to installation. We can provide a precise estimate after the technical site survey.

Will the system integrate with my existing machines?

Yes. We design systems to work with your current machinery, interfacing with your existing PLCs, communications protocols and layout. There is no need to replace or modify your current machines.

What happens if the product or part geometry changes?

We anticipate this during the design phase. Our systems are programmable to handle product variants; often, a simple tool change on the end-effector or software update is all that’s needed.

What types of robots do you use?

We choose the kinematics best suited to the process: SCARA for fast planar movements, 6-axis (Articulated) for complex cells, Cartesian for high-precision linear moves, or Delta for high-speed applications.
