Bespoke automated systems for loading, unloading and handling your machinery.
The Solutions
Custom robotic machine tending systems for your production
We design robotic systems for tending machine tools, machining centers and production lines. Every solution is developed based on the actual specifications of your process.
Autonomous loading and uploading
Raw material picking, machine positioning and finished part removal without interruptions, completely eliminating manual intervention.
Precision handling
Seamless part transfer between stations, maintaining constant orientation, sequence and cadence throughout the production cycle.
Multi-center automation
A single robotic system manages multiple machines in sequence, maximizing the productivity and efficiency of the entire plant.
Constant supervision
Total real-time control over every movement and job status, ensuring absolute precision and eliminating errors.
We don't just sell robots, we design solutions.
An off-the-shelf robot solves a generic problem. A custom-designed system solves yours. The result is a system that integrates into your production without forcing you to adapt your process to the machine.
- Preliminary analysis: focus on the part, machine and production cycle
- Kinematics: selection of the ideal robot (SCARA, Delta, 6-axis or Cartesian)
- Customization: end-effector (gripper) design based on component geometry
- Integration: defining control logic based on your PLC requirements
Designing the system around your product
Every part has unique characteristics: weight, fragility, geometry, material and positioning tolerance. We design the entire gripping and handling system starting from these paramteres, not from pre-packaged solutions.
Dedicated handling
We design custom end-effectors for your components, ensuring a secure and precise grip based on specific geometry.
Adaptive control
We develop flexible control logic capable of rapid reconfiguration to handle every variant in your production.
Tailor-made automation
The robot is built entirely around your needs. It is the tending system that adapts to your product, not the other way around.
Vertical solutions for every sector
From automotive to packaging, our robotic tending solutions are configured to meet any production cycle requirement, ensuring consistency and quality across different volume scales.

FAQ
How long does it take to develop a custom tending system?
It depends on complexity. Typically, it takes 8 to 16 weeks from the initial analysis to installation. We can provide a precise estimate after the technical site survey.
Will the system integrate with my existing machines?
Yes. We design systems to work with your current machinery, interfacing with your existing PLCs, communications protocols and layout. There is no need to replace or modify your current machines.
What happens if the product or part geometry changes?
We anticipate this during the design phase. Our systems are programmable to handle product variants; often, a simple tool change on the end-effector or software update is all that’s needed.
What types of robots do you use?
We choose the kinematics best suited to the process: SCARA for fast planar movements, 6-axis (Articulated) for complex cells, Cartesian for high-precision linear moves, or Delta for high-speed applications.
How do you calculate ROI?
We estimate it together based on real data: current labor costs, current vs. target cycle times, scrap rates and downtime. On average, our systems pay for themselves within 18 months.
